The 8th China veterinary drug conference, jointly sponsored by China Institute of veterinary drug control and China Veterinary Drug Association, will be held in Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center from June 19 to 20, 2021. The conference will hold a series of activities such as industry exhibition, theme report meeting, academic forum, international forum, industry forum, science and technology information conference, etc

（1） Industry Exhibition
In order to fully display the new features of the development of China's veterinary drug industry, new products and new technologies, industry exhibitions will be held. The exhibition consists of eight main areas: special decoration exhibition area, provincial group exhibition area, aquatic medicine exhibition area, raw materials, veterinary equipment exhibition area, photography exhibition area, pet medicine exhibition area and media activity area.
（2） Theme talk
The conference will invite leaders, academicians and experts from competent departments of the industry to make special reports on the supervision policies of veterinary drug industry, the research and development trends of veterinary drugs at home and abroad, bacterial resistance, veterinary drug residues and reduction of use, the current situation and development direction of detection technology of animal diseases, and the epidemic trends and prevention and control strategies of animal diseases.
（3） Academic Forum
In order to widely carry out academic exchanges and promote the supply side structural reform of veterinary medicine industry, the academic forum was held by the biological products branch of Chinese society of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, the animal drug credit association of Chinese society of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine and the Veterinary Microbiology Professional Committee of Chinese society of microbiology.
（4） Industry Forum
The conference will also focus on the latest policies, focuses and hot issues of the industry, give full play to the role of professional committees of the association, key enterprises of the industry and media of the industry, and hold special forums such as pig industry development forum, poultry industry development forum, biological products forum, Chinese Veterinary medicine forum, business forum, aquaculture and pet medicine.
In addition, a series of activities will be organized, such as the veterinary drug research information conference and the signing ceremony of scientific and technological achievements transformation; the public welfare activities of "delivering love, protecting health, and national veterinarians in action"; and the press conference of "veterinary drug standard manual for farms".
