matters needing attention
1. To prevent the participation of fake and shoddy goods, the exhibitors shall provide Business License, product quality and other certification materials; in order to respect the intellectual property rights, the exhibitors can only display the products registered and produced in their own name and using their own registered trademarks, or the products authorized to be agents and dealers.
2. Without the consent of the organizing committee, the exhibitor is not allowed to transfer the booth at will. Once found, the exhibitor's qualification will be revoked.
3. After completing the "booth application form" and affixing the official seal, the enterprise will fax it to the organizing committee, remit the booth fee to the designated account within one week, and issue the booth confirmation after confirming the exhibitor's qualification.
4. The booth application form has been regarded as contract use. If the exhibitor is unable to participate in the exhibition due to unilateral reasons, the application can be withdrawn within one week after applying for the booth (including advertisement), otherwise the exhibitor has no right to withdraw the application. If the exhibitor insists on canceling the booth, he still has to pay 100% of the exhibition fee. Meanwhile, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to recover other losses.
