1、 The varieties participating in the exhibition shall have the Business License, trademark registration certificate, trademark authorization certificate and product legal approval documents within the period of production and operation validity. The quality of the products in the exhibition has been tested by the national recognized testing institutions and met the relevant standards.
2. Booth arrangement will be based on the principle of "application first, payment first and confirmation first". Fill in the application and contract form, fax or mail it to the organizing committee after stamping the official seal. Once the application form is signed and sealed, it will have the effect of contract, and the fax or copy will be valid.
3. Please remit the exhibition fee to the organizing committee within five working days after submitting the application form. The overdue booth will not be reserved.
4. The organizing committee has the right to adjust some confirmed booths according to the overall effect of the venue and the needs of fire safety.
5. After receiving the application form and payment, the organizing committee will reply the confirmation letter of booth reservation within one week and issue the exhibition guide before October 1, 2020.
6. Special tips: it is strictly forbidden to sublet or resell the rented booth, and it is not allowed to display counterfeit and infringing products. As well as in the exhibition hall on-site sales of other goods, once found will be disqualified, booth fees will not be refunded, no stacking items on the channel.
