Background of the conference

The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is located in the area of "one bay, two oceans, three continents, four gorges, and five seas", starting from Iran in the eastern Persian Gulf to Morocco and Mauritania on the east coast of the Atlantic Ocean in the west, comprising a total of 21 economies.
