Exhibition Introduction

The China (Xi'an) Sugar, Wine and Food Fair began in 2009, relying on the abundant resource advantages of Shaanxi and the inheritance of the 5000 year old culinary culture in Guanzhong. Based on the starting point of the Silk Road in Xi'an, it has established itself in the China Federation of Commerce, Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce, Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Small and Medium Enterprises, Shaanxi Provincial Brand Building Promotion Center, Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Qin Chamber of Commerce, and Xi'an Exhibition Industry Development Office With the strong support and deep participation of relevant government departments and business associations such as the Shaanxi Food Association, the 12th edition has been successfully held, attracting more than 5200 enterprises from more than 60 countries and regions around the world to participate in the exhibition. The number of exhibits is nearly 10000, with a total exhibition area of more than 210000 square meters and 370000 visitors for procurement. The total trade transaction amount is about 1.56 billion yuan. At present, it has developed into a well-known comprehensive platform in the sugar, alcohol and food industry, integrating supply and procurement matching, trade negotiations, publicity and promotion, image display, new product release, and goods distribution.

This exhibition is expected to welcome 50000 professional visitors and nearly 1200 exhibitors to this industry event, better serve the construction of Xi'an as an international consumption center city, and contribute to the Chinese path to modernization of the sugar, wine and food industry.
