The total investment of the project is about 12 billion yuan, covering an area of about 1102 Mu and a total construction area of about 1.1 million square meters. Among them, the east area of the Conference Center (Garden Hotel) covers an area of 262 mu, with a planned construction area of 160000 square meters; The exhibition center covers an area of 682 mu, with a planned construction area of 729000 square meters; The conference center covers an area of 158 mu, with a planned construction area of 207000 square meters.
Area ab of phase I of Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center project includes one login hall, two multi-functional exhibition halls and four standard exhibition halls, with a net exhibition area of 72000 square meters. The project has been completed and put into operation in May 2020.
On the morning of August 30, 2020, the commencement ceremony of area C of phase I of Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center was held in Xi'an Chanba ecological area.
