With the support of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and Putuo District government, Shanghai Transnational Procurement Exhibition Center is jointly invested and constructed by Changfeng ecological business district, Shanghai Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Commission investment (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai transnational procurement development (Group).

The venue is located at the southernmost end of Zhongjiang Road, in the center of Shanghai Changfeng ecological business district, across the river from Hongqiao Development Zone.
