Introduction

Located on the East Lake of Wuhan, Wuhan Science and Technology Exhibition Center is a large-scale intelligent, multi-functional and comprehensive exhibition center (divided into science and technology exhibition and comprehensive exhibition) directly invested and built by Wuhan high tech industry venture capital company.

The total planned building area is 67000m2, including 30000m2 exhibition hall, 5000m2 conference hall and 32000m2 other facilities. The project is divided into two phases. Now, the first phase of the science and technology exhibition center with a building area of 22000M2 has been delivered for use. Its appearance is exquisite and elegant, its lines are smooth, its internal layout is novel, and it integrates business, exhibition, conference and catering. No matter when you come, its high-quality service and perfect supporting facilities will provide you with the most ideal exhibition space.

The phase II project (comprehensive exhibition hall) under construction is expected to have a total construction area of 45000 m2, including high headroom, large-span international exhibition hall, well-equipped conference halls of various types, office buildings, restaurants, hotel apartments and other supporting facilities. At the same time, there is also a green square outside the exhibition hall. The completion of the comprehensive exhibition hall will provide an ideal exhibition space for various large-scale exhibitions, conferences and exhibition activities.

Business center on the first floor: the 800 M2 business center integrates telecommunication service, suite reservation, ticket reservation and planning. At the same time, we provide professional multimedia design and production, display, advertising design and on-site process production services.

Computer control center: located on the third and a half floors of the exhibition center, it has hardware facilities such as computer network, program-controlled switch, TV monitoring, background music and intelligent channel system control, ISDN high-speed access to the Internet, etc. Can provide customers with e-mail, information query, file upload and download, remote video, audio transmission and other services.

Exhibition hall on the second and third floors: the total area of the exhibition hall is 10000 m2, which can provide more than 500 international standard booths (3 x 3 m2). The clear height of the exhibition hall is 6 meters, with light steel keel ceiling, granite floor tiles, equipped with central air sanctions, lights, sound, observation elevator, handrail elevator, large tonnage goods elevator; it can hold various large, medium and small exhibitions and exhibitions at home and abroad.

Conference hall on the fourth floor: there are 6 standard conference rooms, with a total area of 1320 m2. Each room has different styles and is suitable for various meetings with different specifications and requirements. It also has advanced simultaneous interpretation, conference voting, video conference and other supporting equipment.

Multi functional circular conference hall: the dome structure is designed according to the acoustic principle, with an area of 1000 m2, which can accommodate 600-800 people. It can hold various international and domestic large-scale business, academic conferences, music, concerts, fashion conferences and other activities. Equipped with the most advanced audio-visual devices and simultaneous interpretation equipment.

Five story restaurant: the 1200 M2 Chinese restaurant has 6 luxurious private rooms, which are carefully managed by famous teachers, providing the latest Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan and local cuisines. You can enjoy the delicious food while enjoying the beautiful natural scenery outside the window. The style of the western restaurant is exquisite. It is located on the fourth floor of hall a, with a total area of 120 square meters, and can accommodate more than 20 VIPs. The VIP room adopts Dali stone ceiling, equipped with imported wool carpet, high-grade mahogany tea table, high-grade mahogany screen and blue and white magnet decoration. There are separate AV rooms, tea rooms and washrooms. In software and hardware facilities can provide you with first-class services. The VIP room was redecorated in 2005. After the redecoration, the use of the VIP room is well reflected. It is recognized as a necessary reception place for exhibitions.

Multi function conference room Report
The multi-functional hall is located on the fourth floor of hall a, with a total area of 800 square meters and a maximum capacity of 800-1000 people. The multi-functional hall is designed according to the acoustic principle, with a circular arch structure, surrounded by a white sound-absorbing partition board, the center of the ground is a circular dance floor composed of marble, and the front stage can be telescoped according to your requirements. The multi-functional hall is equipped with advanced imported audio-visual devices and stage lights. It has successfully held various international and domestic large-scale business, academic conferences and concerts, get togethers, fashion conferences, etc.

Standard meeting room
Located on the fourth floor of hall a, there are six standard meeting rooms, each with an area of 216m2 and a total area of 1320m2. Each conference room is separated by imported sound insulation board, which can be used alone or combined into different conference rooms according to customers' requirements. In addition to No. 1 conference room is fixed, other conference rooms can be arranged in the form you want according to your requirements. Conference room - report type (capacity: 150 people), conference room - discussion type (capacity: 60 people), desk type exhibition hall (capacity: 80 people). The conference room is equipped with simultaneous interpretation system, projector, electronic whiteboard, mobile audio, etc. Additional services include: background board, guide card, banner, seat card, etc.
